  • The road by car to the parking lot of the Hermitage is full of potholes and dust, but if you want to enjoy of unique things, there is a price to pay. Spectacular views of the lasted and the vultures, the Chapel is beautiful, a place with energy and views to be a good time.

  • We had traveled to Segovia (Maderuelo) on other occasions, but we had never left us conquer by this corner so amazing and magical. We went to see the village of Sepulveda and take this opportunity to make the path of the two rivers, inside of las Hoces del Rio Duratón. There at the entrance to the village roundabout we took the road towards the Hermitage and certainly we made long, access carretera-pista is something crushed and has good firm, but is one of those cases in which the reward is so great that soon else forgets. Wide in which to leave the car to thus take the road towards the Hermitage and the viewpoint parking. This place is a paradise, one of those places that welcomes you and invade you wellness. There facing the River, listening to the flapping of the Griffon Vultures in the distance watching the immense Canyon time stops. I don't want to put more romantic account but true that in my short life traveling I do not remember one occasion in which a place may cause me so much emotion. That being said, go, Captivate you with this wonder of Romanesque art, enjoy the company of birds and the reflection of the clouds in the sickle. Let yourself fall in love by this corner. I'll be back, and hope to do so without delay.

  • The view of the Ermita from the view point is really dramatic, well worth the annoyance of driving several kilometers on an unpaved road.
  • An exceptional landscape where breathes peace. Accessible for any age. Dirt, parking free on Earth and passable road.

  • Beautiful place with incredible views. There is a car park to leave the car. Then we will walk about a kilometer to the Hermitage.

  • Worth doing those tortuous 5 kilometers of road dirt to find you then wonder that hides this corner. A spectacular sunset.

  • The Chapel itself is not too spectacular, but if so its privileged setting.
