  • We enjoyed the visit to the Palace, there were many interesting documents about the history of Aragón, most of them related to the Independence War of 1808. The restaurant next to it has great meals and service.
  • A very well maintained historical environment. The pochas were soft and remistic, and the cod gratin at its point. For dessert a tangerine sorbete, although there were homemade cakes to choose from. 20 euros menu pay plenty of place and food Very well taken care of

  • The town of Bureta is known above all thanks to its countess, the heroine of the Sites of Zaragoza. Her name was Maria of the Consolation Azlor and Villavicencio, and in these events of the War of Independence she created a special female body, which she called the Amazon Corps, which was responsible for the relief of the wounded and the supply of food and ammunition to fighters, and also turned his palace into a hospital and asylum. In the town of Bureta is his palace. The structure that can be seen today was rebuilt in 1856 replacing another seventeenth century commanded to be built by Count Antonio Marín de Resende. This building formed in conjunction with the church that still exists. The historical data that occurred in this palace are the celebration of general courts in 1363, in the hall known as that of 'the Knights'. The building underwent the rant in 1706, during the War of Succession, so it had to be restored in 1799 and partially demolished in 1835, until its total remodeling of 1856 by the architect Miguel Geliner y Germá. Today, in addition to the architectural interest offered by this building, it houses a museum that exhibits various historical and artistic pieces that belonged to the house and a documentary background, the General Archive of the County of Bureta. The ground floor and the first floor of the building currently house a restaurant and country house, while the museum is located in the tower.

  • Restaurant located in the old garages. Very Nice with letter or menu of 20 euros to choose from. Good product and cared for by a very friendly staff. The Palace is the reflection of the rural aristocracy of Aragon. It Surprises in a small town like Burette on the other hand badly signposted to arrive. There Are q Google Maps. But It is worth supporting the extraordinary effort of the Count of Burette to preserve and disseminate a patrimony with which it also helps in the issue of depopulation. I Saw very lively the palace bar where you can also be taken care of by the Count!!.
