  • We call the previous evening by phone to reserve and sent us the location of the meeting point. Once at the meeting point, the monitors with the material specific arrived and began to identify the two different groups (those who went with rent for free and those who were going with monitor-gruia), while one of them went to the hostel in the village to pick up to a Group that didn't know how to get to the meeting point) if it is true that we had to wait a few minutes for them to give to the rental boats for free, but normal, first one and then enter other. The activity lasted half an hour more of what we were told. The very friendly (Candelas) monitor at all times, making the very enjoyable activity, explaining things about the Canyon we were touring and any other questions that we had. Also told us a rocky place from which we could jump from different heights. At all times under the supervision and maintaining the security of the whole group.

  • Leaving aside that this experience was fun speaking and monitors pretty majete, we find many negative aspects: RAFTING: despite being a group big enough to fill two boats, we "endorsed" people who we didn't know so the activity outside them more profitable. During various parts of the journey, dangerous sections with pointed branches that invaded the river gave and against which it used to crash. The tour lasted much less than expected. Kayak: Activity began with more than one hour late. Too much talk and too much protagonism in the tourist guide by the monitor (Candelas) which reduces the time of rowed. Little freedom in general to "freak out". GYMKHANA: The gymkana games (but funny) quite infantilones. We miss there is no riddles or any other proof mute map. Rappelling, simply a suicide: frayed ropes rubbing against rock, improvised anchor points, inadequate harnesses, emergency braking systems non-existent; several people decided to do this part. In conclusion, good human capital, but a terrible lack of material resources, and vehicles from the Organization to transport customers to the points of beginning of activities. We went back with the feeling that more than a company, it would be, it was a group of buddies.

  • We were a group of 8 friends with the pack stag. The rafting put us in two boats with a family and children of 5 to 8 years thing you cut to play throw yourself and get wet with your friends. The gymkhana very well although the paper bit safe, since the safety rope was despeluchada. The kayak well although we started 1:30 h later by poor organization.

  • I had a great. All very well coordinated so don't worry nothing and enjoy the adventure. We made whitewater and very well! Recommended for a good day! Jairo and Candelas monitors taught us many things. And the recommendations of where to eat gave the nail on the head! Thank you guys!

  • Very bad customer service. A Monday morning (namely August 21, 2017) I asked for a reserve and Ruben told me that he would send me an email to make the payment and booking. Seeing that it was not receiving that email, on Tuesday returned to call and told me that even not had been able to send it. We are to the Thursday afternoon (August 24) and still has not been sent me e-mail or I have news of the supposed book so, obviously, we have made the reservation in another company; therefore does not seem appropriate having a group of 7 people for more than three days waiting for an e-mail for your reservation. I am not positively evaluate and know (from personal experience) that is the work of face to the public and the complications involved. But if they do not care for your business will not make anyone, because you are that should be outstanding customers and not backward so hope, for his sake, change that carelessness and irresponsible attitude.

  • I want to outline the little professionalism monitor Ruben. We reserve, went, pay the hotel and he told us that he wouldn't make the activity because there were few people targeted and was going to get little money. With fatal and threatening, forms also.
