Pablo González DañobeitiaThe estuary of Bilbao Maritime Museum was opened in 2003 as a project of the architect Juan Francisco Paz and is located under the Euskalduna bridge. The building, of 7,000 square meters, is built with materials such as stone, steel and wood, which recall those used in the shipbuilding industry. The lobby is the articulator element of any interior space, allowing communication with the Exhibition Area, shop, Cafeteria, workshops and the media library. Is outside the Museum the former zone of dykes of the already missing Euskalduna shipyards, with an area of 20,000 square meters. Tuesday (from September to June) the entrance is freeshow original
