  • A very interesting museum delving into ancient times. Could have used a little more detailed history on medieval period but I suspect it is not an overly endowed or well funded museum so I give kudos ...  more »
  • Highly recommended this visit to us closer to the way of life of the Basque people in the field and at the coast. Their dress, their tools, different trades. Not to be missed

  • I loved the exhibition of ESTEREOSKOPIAK 16 + 16. Very cool pictures. I recommend going on Thursday which is the day of the Museum and the input you get free. Asko gustatzen zait Estereoskopiak 16 + 16 drawings. Argazkiak ikusgarriak dira. Ostegunetan musutruk izaten da home.

  • Totally recommended to learn about the history and customs of the Basque country over the centuries. A lot of rooms to get lost for hours and soak up information thanks to the hundreds of exhibits. To emphasize the gigantic model of Bizkaia, a little not current due to the years he has, but no less impressive. Thursdays the admission is free.

  • Museum of local life that introduces the history and folklore of Bilbao and Biscay. In 2016, the temporary exhibition on the Semana Grande is crucial.
