Balcon del Mediterraneo, Benidorm

4.6
Balcon del Mediterraneo, also known as the Benidorm overlook, divides two beaches and offers a great view over the sea. Only a few meters from the rock, a geyser shoots a jet of water up into the sky. Imagine the castle of centuries past, which sat atop this rock defending against Arab pirate attacks for 300 years. Take a seat on one of the many benches and appreciate the sights. Not far from the shore lies an uninhabited island you can admire from the overlook. • The name is just nailed a beautiful balcony over the Mediterranean really really gorgeous. You never want to come off and you'd still be watching this panorama left and Benidorm's Levante and Ponente Beach and opposite the island and around the sea. The view is really beautiful, the sea of a color really gorgeous. To take your breath away!

  • This is such a beautiful place to visit! Romantic for the younger ones at night when the sun's setting. Nice bars good prices Definitely a five star place
  • Great for a relaxing stroll. Lovely part of Benidorm that sits between two beaches. Has a very enchanting atmosphere in the evening though it does get slightly crowded especially around sunset. There isn't a great selection of bars/restaurants on the front of the balcony but the streets behind it hosts a variety of eateries.
  • Very nice place, you can watch around and see (quite) the whole City of Benidorm from this point of view. Good idea to walk there.
  • It's benidorm in 180'. Love it or loathe it Benidorm has an attraction for millions of people. Find the nice bits and it is great.... the rest is up to you. This Mirador allows a full panoramic view of the city with both bays visible.
  • Excellent views, service very slow, food good. Use of swimming pool in summer months when spending money there. Also has rooms for rent.

Where to stay in Benidorm

Thanks to the city's compact layout, visitors often find that nothing is too far on foot while vacationing in Benidorm. The city is made up of three main areas: Parte Vieja, Levante, and Centro. Parte Vieja includes the historical old quarter. The beachfront area, Levante offers numerous options for lodging close to trendy restaurants and the buzzing nightlife. Although a bit pricier than inland accommodations, these hotels give you doorstep access to, and splendid views of, the city's famous beaches. A ten-minute walk inland in the Centro district, accommodations tend to be more affordable while still providing easy access to shops, restaurants, and tourist sites.
