  • The waterpark is amazing and is basically empty in the weekdays. All sunbeds are free to use for Magic Natura guests if you have the wristband. They do have a bar at the Water Park so you can get drinks/food. They also have a bucket drop that drops every 3-5 minutes. They have a lot of slides but not all of them were open. (They do have a VIP pool which you can pay to have your own private part of the pool for)

  • Last day of our holiday so after seeing the leaflets we decided to eat here. On arrival we were told one of the main chutes was closed and the huge main swimming area would be closed due to the fact they were filming. Having already paid for travel to get here we went ahead and paid the entrance fee. Paid an excess €6 for a locker and €8 for two sun beds. You would think paying nearly €100 to get in that it would be included but not. Having gone to the first chute my 10 year old was made to stand on a cheap set of weighing scales and told she was too light to get on the ride and the weight limit was between 120-220ibs. Really annoyed by then as didn't leave much for them to go on. The main pool was closed due to filming yet most of the film crew were sat In the sun bed area smoking weed for the best part of the afternoon so not any filming actually happening so no reason for pool to be closed. The hot tubs were cold. Only plus point to this park was the sealion talk and after photos. Again we had to pay for photos which is to be expected so didn't mind this but their photo shop was also closed so we had to go to the other park terra natura to view these. A really bad experience and poor management in my eyes. Girls went on what they could 2-3 times before they got bored so a whole day planned was done and dusted within two hours. Also the foam party which was advertised on the brochure was also not on! Don't waste your money here unless you want to pay €100 for a kids swimming pool and few chutes.

  • The 3 of us went for the day having preferred this park Aqualandia over which is Salt water. It's fairly easy to find, close to Benidorm and the n332 and Ap7. It was pretty quiet when we went, maybe due to it being early June We had looked up offers before hand and decided to get an annual pass as we may be back later in the year. Unfortunately this offer had been withdrawn for just the water park. We did have a little voucher for $ 5 off which helped. The car parking is an additional $ 5 which is a joke! The lockers are $ 5 each which is a joke! The sun beds are 4 euros each which is pretty poor value on top of everything else. There's several snack bars and restaurants which are priced about what you'd expect for a park. The venue it's self it's time that big but plenty to do for little ones. There remove a few slides and a very large pool, but the wave machine wasn't working when we went. Most of the slide have height and weight restrictions on them. Normally starting from 120cm tall and some min 50kgs and max 100kgs. There a small sea lion enclosure where you can pay to have photos and swim with them for I think 35euros. All in all it's a decent venue, safe, clean with plenty of options but for 80euros just to get in it is expensive

  • I visited the park today with my family. I was quite disappointed. We arrived at 15.20 - 3 hours before the park closed. But 10 minuttes later more than half of the rides closed. But no discount on the entrance. My 4 year old daughter enjoyed herself with 2 waterslides particularly. I tried one of the slides myself, but had an accident on one of the tubes. I am a man of average height and weight, but the tube was underdimensioned it seemed, because suddenly it tipped over, though I was very carefull in my approach. Fortunatly I got only a mild bruise, but the desire to try anything else vanished pretty quickly. The lifeguard saw that arrived at the bottom tubeless, but it didn't seem to make an impresseion, which makes me think that it was no extraordinary event for him. Last vaccation we went to Siam park on Tenerife. Same price - total different experience. I was disappointed and the 2 stars are because my daughter had a good time. I would say that the Aqua Natura park is overpriced and the rides insecure.
  • Very nice place. Small but good.
  • It's small but worth being here aswell in summer if you are visiting terra natura
  • Great fun for the little ones. Cheap season pass.
  • Poor. Worst water park I have been to.
