Where to stay in Benalmadena

The beautiful coastline of Benalmadena are lined with an array of all-inclusive resorts and hotels that offer doorstep access to the area's famous beaches. Leading down from the resorts, you will find the lively marina that offers a range of daily activities and restaurants. If you are looking for a more traditional experience, choose to stay in Benalmadena Pueblo, a white-washed village set on a hillside overlooking the coast. Here you will find an array of tapas bars and local shops that are not overrun with tourists and still only a short walk to the marina and surrounding beaches.

  • Had good Craic here. Most of the rides were for small kids which suited us so don't know how you'd fare with teenagers. Had to pay an entrance fee, pay for a wristband and still had to pay for some rides. Best Craic were the water bumpers and water log ride. Got completely drenched, but it finished the day on a high.
  • Kids love it but opens late and runs until midnight. Definatly worth going if you have kids but its pricey and recomend everyone sleeps from lunch till 5 to get the best experience cos you will be there till it closes.
  • Quite expensive. Paying into the park which will be €35-€40 at least. Then paying €5 for tickets to get on rides. At 12PM the park was deserted. Literally us (5) and about 7 others. That is no exageration. After paying the entrance fee we went in and spoke to a ride manager, oh buy wait. Tokens for teens, children and adults I do believe is what he requested. I would recommend going to Salou if you are bringing the kids, the entrance fee at their theme park is about the same with the following included: Free rides after entering. After you've finished your day of fun, a stamp is placed on your hand for entering the park till 00:00AM that night if you choose to go. The only thing after paying your entrance fee is the food, express tickets or toys/gifts for loved ones.
  • Great theme park for younger kids. Food is poor. And expensive.
  • Quite expensive for the rides that it offers, didn't like the fact that you had to purchase the entrance ticket then queue for the wristband to go on the rides. I do though recommend the 'Maison de terrors'.
