Trip Planner: Europe / Spain / Andalucia / Province of Malaga / Costa del Sol / Benalmadena / Parque De La Paloma
Saunter through over 20 hectares (50 acres) of lush gardens at Parque De La Paloma. Located only 200 m (656 ft) from the main coastal highway, the park offers several children’s play areas, a large lake, and many pathways that wind through the beautifully landscaped area. Feed the dozens of geese, ducks, and peacocks that inhabit the park, or bring a picnic to eat while basking in the sun. On Wednesdays, the fruit and vegetable markets are open. A lovely park! Lots of animals roaming around including rabbits, chickens, ducks, turtles. Donkeys and goats in their enclosures. A cactus garden near the top and a children's play area. A cafe for drinks and light bites. A lovely morning out! Well worth a visit on a cool day (we were there in 36°C so it was a bit of a tough walk at times - make sure you have water with you).
Beautiful park. Extremely well looked after. There are chickens, rabbits, peacocks etc walking round free. They are all quite tame, you can stroke the rabbits. I saw people taking bread and seed for the birds and salad stuff for the rabbits. There is a really good playground for children and at least 1 smaller playground. I didn't get to explore the full park which I am disappointed about. I highly recommend a visit if you're in Benalmadena or surrounding areas.
This is a really great park. Kids play area, goats and other animals around such as rabbits. Lots of different plants and trees to see along with a big area with 🌵 You could spend ages here, there is parking for free all the way around... Keep driving around and you'll find a space.
This is a beautiful park filled with bird life running free everywhere. Gorgeous shrubbery and large pond area with lil restaurants. It's Def worth a go see. Costs nothing and there are some other animals. Kids would LOVE this as well as adults
Love this park. Great for all the family, wild chickens , rabbits everywhere and terrapins share a lovely lake with ducks. Parrots flying around. Good play area for kids, bar/ cafe area, nice pint, didnt eat though. A fairground runs along side some of the park.
