  • Very interesting foray in a part of our history. Great explanation and good recreation that truly... visitors to others know him... roll is at the origin of a millenarian technique in its more pure stage. Special attention to the Guide Igor, who knew how, with great professionalism, very pleasant and Nice, make us aware of this history as well as quite a few interesting details that we were unaware. Totally recommended to make the Guide + tasting/wine tasting with a great combination of different cheeses of this great denomination and good txakoli. Thank you Igor by your careful explanations, we did have a great time entertaining.

  • He was on his way to Donostia with my partner and we decided to stop at Idiazabal to buy cheese. What surprise it ours when we discovered this museum. We did the full visit with tasting of cheese and txakoli. Igor, the Museum Manager, gave us a very complete and simple explanation. At the end of the visit we were laden with a bag of cheese!

  • We arrived almost at closing, 13:40, and no longer were able to enter to see the video and the explanations of how cheese is made and of course, wine tasting. But still so we took a dish to try it and to know what bought. Very helpful in all still being out of time and punto's close. Prices are similar to the nearby hamlets. In the end we went with two cheeses and two bottles of txakoli.
