2 x walked through it. Nice Street for walking and to come to the beach. Not too busy, many dining areas and occasionally a grocery/convenience store. Prices of the stuff are better to do than around the busy places.

The I met by my work, beyond 2004, it moved me occasionally to la Llacuna Street a street beloved area of rambla de PobleNou, to cater to a client but never for the reason that he came out of that street as soon had me going by where they came without knowing that there was a wonderful promenade just a few metres... Until one day I arrived very early and my client told me to eat a sandwich to the rambla. -Do rambla? I thought maybe other readers, I went from la Llacuna Street to the rambla and since then was amazed by her beauty and death beach.! To say that I moved there and since then I still in love with this little oasis full of nooks and crannies, contrasts, shops, people and CALIU...

Walking down the Ramblas always has been a pleasure in Barcelona but when I met the famous Rambla del Poble Nou seemed the more cute and quiet of all, full of bars and restaurants is becoming a gateway endless ranging from sea to mountain, picturesque and fresh. Formerly called Passeig del Triomf (triumphal ride), has popular institutions such as the "Casino of the Aliança", headquarters of the socio-cultural life in the district since the end of the 19th century. You can reach with the L4-Llacuna, L4-Poblenou line or with the following buses 6, 7, 26, 36, 40, 42, B20, B25, H14, V27, hope you enjoy it like me, see you at the Rambla del Poble Nou, greetings traveler!

  • First time to try this chain of food Good value for money would I come again probably not
  • Dos cervezas por favor! Very cool street, didn't eat here, but drank, lots of little bars and shops are all along the calle. Give it a try.
  • I ate there and i got diarrhoea and stomach pain for days. Absolutely not recommended. Low quality food. The owner needs to go to a language school to learn the local language because the man is pathetic.
  • As always with 100 Montaditos, cheap, fast and good! +1 for the funny waiter taking the orders
  • Cool stuff. 9€ for 4 tasty tapos, non alcoholic beer, sousages with sousaces and chips as present, and one more sweet tapo. All things are tasty.

Where to stay in Barcelona

Because the city's metro system makes traveling from area to area relatively painless, you have more flexibility in choosing a place to stay. Barceloneta, the neighborhood surrounding the city beach is somewhat removed from the city center, making its hotels popular with families. Only a 15-minute walk from the center, Barceloneta has a more laid-back beach atmosphere but still offers several restaurants and entertainment options. Farther away from the beach and closer to the city center, El Born is a charming neighborhood well-known for its restaurants and lively bar scene. Eixample is also popular as it is more central and home to some of the city's best shopping and tourist sites, including La Sagrada Familia. For a more traditional experience, consider staying in the Gothic Quarter, the heart of Old Barcelona. This picturesque neighborhood boasts a tight network of historical architecture with boutique hotels and traditional restaurants.
