Port Vell, Barcelona
(4.4/5 based on 850+ reviews on the web)
Port Vell is the modern heart of the tourists’ Barcelona, even though its name translates to “Old Port.” There are multiple theaters, including an IMAX theater, and numerous shops. It’s also home to Europe’s largest aquarium. Take the time to see the bridge open up for a boat to pass, and look at the water to admire the swimming fish and floating sculptures. Note that this port connects to the pedestrian street Las Ramblas. Use our Barcelona vacation builder to add Port Vell and other attractions to your Barcelona vacation plans.

  • If you need a break of the crowded city, a walk along the port is recommended. Nice sea view, beach is also close
  • Yachts and sailboats perfectly aligned view gives you a feeling of glamour of those already almost unseen. Dream with being owner of one of those yachts and walk in it by the Mediterranean.

  • Go at sunset and beautiful pictures. There's a lot of good restaurants you can eat expensive cheap pizzas and you can go elegant fish restaurants.
