  • I saw the plaza only from the outside, hitting for the peculiarity of blue and white globular ceramic decorations (forms and reflected in the Palau de la Musica). Worth seeing (there is also a bus coming from Barceloneta and directed the Sagrada) as it is the only one now in town: the other, Spain square, has been transformed into the Mall. However in Catalonia bullfighting has never been loved so much as elsewhere in Spain.

  • That should not be missed as it has made the history of Barcelona. Inside there is also a small museum about the history of the arena.

  • there ist not much to see here, but as there are mostly few visitors you have got the chance to stand alone in the middle of the bullring, which is a unique experience
  • Old bullfighting arena. Fun to see if you are in the neighborhood.
  • Beautiful building preserved to allow visitors to be transported into a bygone time before the Catalans banned bullfighting
  • The mighty La Monumental. This used to be the bull fighting pit before Barcelona banned the sport years ago. The gruesome violent and graphic sport in this arena has been turned into a museum. Give it a go, and you can get in touch with your inner Matador….
  • Interesting and historical place well worth a visit.
