  • First: if you want a spectacular view over the city of Barcelona, this is the place. But, if you are looking for a nice pool to spend the day, this isn't it. - changing rooms for men were closed; - no...  more »
  • On August 2017go price for a full day is 6.5 euros. For someone it may seem expensive, but next door-ibid., at Montzhuike there is a pool and better for 11 euro per day. Therefore, the cost of attendance can be called average. The average can be called and the quality of services offered:-water though transparent, not very dirty, but it's best to arrive early for the opening, otherwise you can see not very nice floating objects from other visitors. By the way, is nowhere to be hanging any memos that you want to wash not only after, but before entering the water (which you need to wash themselves of creams, cosmetics, etc.)-no storage chamber. Nowhere, even for money. To keep an eye on your belongings yourself. The same applies to the locker room-to get to the mirror at the sink, you need to go to the opposite side from the bench, where abandoned things, so you lose things out of sight. Don't understand what prevents put benches on both sides ...-no and kiosochka, where you can buy water or snacks. So it's best to take it all with you-in the locker room is pretty dirty, and better that someone looked AZ your belongings. Primitive shower, SOAP not only Pleases cool water in a swimming pool, wonderful views and the presence of lifeguards

  • Public hidden gem? Barcelona Olympic pools could be counted as big touristic attraction but still it's quite rarely known. Entry fee is 6,5€/adult and be here at 10.55 as it opens at 11. The day we pe...  more »

  • Worth the trip. Endless view you can enjoy in your bathing suit. Great alternative to overcrowded beaches.
  • Perfect for sunbathing and lounging to get away from the busy beaches with astounding views across Barcelona. You can rent a lounger for €2 all day (12/07/17). Wouldn't recommend for competitive swimmers as there isn't any lane dividers. The facilities are very basic but for the price it's about right.
  • A swimming pool with an amazing view on Barcelona open even on sunday busy but not packed. Was great we spend like 3.or 4 hours there we'd just loved it.
  • Amazing views. Very very basic facilities. No divided lanes. Why? Not able to use the diving pool for public. Why?
  • If you just pass walking, you won't be able to notice this municipal pool. I have been attracted here because of the noise of a water polo match. Great entertainment, the place looks stunning as shown the picture below. You can also enjoy the landscape of the beautiful Catalonian city!

Where to stay in Barcelona

Because the city's metro system makes traveling from area to area relatively painless, you have more flexibility in choosing a place to stay. Barceloneta, the neighborhood surrounding the city beach is somewhat removed from the city center, making its hotels popular with families. Only a 15-minute walk from the center, Barceloneta has a more laid-back beach atmosphere but still offers several restaurants and entertainment options. Farther away from the beach and closer to the city center, El Born is a charming neighborhood well-known for its restaurants and lively bar scene. Eixample is also popular as it is more central and home to some of the city's best shopping and tourist sites, including La Sagrada Familia. For a more traditional experience, consider staying in the Gothic Quarter, the heart of Old Barcelona. This picturesque neighborhood boasts a tight network of historical architecture with boutique hotels and traditional restaurants.
