  • This beautiful old church is right on La Rambla and makes for a nice peaceful stop and a respite from the crowded street.
  • This Baroque church, once belonged to the Jesuits, located on Las Ramblas, on the right side going down to Plaça Catalunya, the intersection with Carree del Carmen. You notice immediately to the beautiful portal, for the lower part of the façade and the right flank, worked in Ashlar, the domes of the chapels covered with glazed ceramics. The fine outside but inside is at first glance quite dull, with a single nave with side chapels, recently plastered walls, marble floor clear. A closer view reveals a more complex architecture: the chapels are connected by a small galelria and sovratate from the women's galleries; the upper part of the apse then has a particular shell shape. While the number of chapels of the left side does not detect nothing to fancy, being mostly with modern furnishings and frescos, the series of chapels of dx is much more interesting: all the chapels are equipped with rich Golden altars in the most classic Baroque style,

  • At the front door of the hustle and bustle of La Rambla, in the Church of peace and coolness, indulging his thoughts and arrange them. Also a place for a silent prayer, if you want to pray. While strolling through the Rambla is a short stop to recommend and it was only to some art to enjoy.

  • Very sweet and quiet church in the middle of La Rambla. A welcome break from the hustle and bustle and heat of the city.
  • Beautiful church in the heart of Las Ramblas. If you need some peace and quiet after a busy walkaround this place is just perfect.
  • Mass is celebrated Mon-Fri at 8am, 11am, 1.15pm & 8pm; Sat, 8am, 9am, 11am, 1.15pm & 8.15pm; Sun, 9.30am, 11am, midday, 1pm, 7pm & 8.15pm. Mass is said in Catalan except for at 11am on weekdays and Sundays at 11am, 1pm & 8.15pm when it is said in Spanish.
  • Date of visit: 25 / 06 / 2016 place: our Lady of Bethlehem the building in its part outside is quite large and impresses enough, while by inside seems a church more, without highlight in nothing special.

  • Beautiful on the outside, on the inside very standard. Excellent location gives rise to the District of el Raval. The ornamentation of the facade is worthy of admiration.
