  • Very welcoming. Presentation paper in french very well detailed. I liked the musical instrument collection small more: the right to play some instruments at the end of the visit... for my part I made the cello, harp and electric guitar. Very nice Museum. To see!

  • The Museum offers the view of many ancient and modern instruments from many parts of the world. The setting is elegant and excellent atmosphere. Avvicandosi at the exhibition boards, spread in the air tools deli notes you are admiring. Among the rest, hitting an old faithful original construction in Gironde. Needless to draw attention to the tide of guitars on display, do not pass by unnoticed. The staff was courteous and professional. Too bad it's not possible to visit the music school. A great discovery of Barcelona that I especially recommend music fans but not only. The venue is easily accessible by Metro and you can take the opportunity to see other attractions Nellie vicinity.

  • The collections are not among the most important European museums devoted to musical instruments but include exceptional specimens like these two Hamburg harpsichords of the 18th century CC Fleischer and Christian Zell. One can regret the somewhat reduced lighting and sometimes hard to read notices, but in total the tour is interesting and gives a beautiful panorama of European instrument (as well as other cultures, which are not my field).

  • Entrance is 5 ero but it's small space. 30 min top
  • Great Museum! The instruments are really well highlighted by the light and the carpet red. The Museum has an impressive collection of instruments classified according to the era and the admission price is more than correct(5€). This is not a classic of Barcelona but the visit met equally, whether you're a musician at heart or not.

Where to stay in Barcelona

Because the city's metro system makes traveling from area to area relatively painless, you have more flexibility in choosing a place to stay. Barceloneta, the neighborhood surrounding the city beach is somewhat removed from the city center, making its hotels popular with families. Only a 15-minute walk from the center, Barceloneta has a more laid-back beach atmosphere but still offers several restaurants and entertainment options. Farther away from the beach and closer to the city center, El Born is a charming neighborhood well-known for its restaurants and lively bar scene. Eixample is also popular as it is more central and home to some of the city's best shopping and tourist sites, including La Sagrada Familia. For a more traditional experience, consider staying in the Gothic Quarter, the heart of Old Barcelona. This picturesque neighborhood boasts a tight network of historical architecture with boutique hotels and traditional restaurants.
