  • The space itself is impressive. The price of the ticket is good and the relationship of what you pay for everything you can see, is excellent, another thing is that the theme of the above interests you or not. I have seen good examples. In summer, sometimes scheduled concerts on the terrace and the location is great, right in front of the Marina. I think that if is a good option, and to few minutes, is the District of the Born and the Barceloneta, ride required being in the area.

  • A museum very recommended taking in account that is very economic and large. In general are going touring them different times of it history as the medieval, the wars, the Franco, etc

  • Small trip in time to discover the history of Catalonia and more widely in Western Europe. Everything is designed for a better understanding by children. Too bad there is no more explanations in french.

  • I visited on the first day of my visit to Barcelona. I only had to pay for the standard ticket, which also admitted us to the two temporary exhibitions (maybe because I went during off-season). The two staff members at reception were very friendly and helpful. Most information is translated into english. Very few weren't but this wasn't a big problem. There were quite a few interactive displays for both adults and children, which made the experience fun. The main exhibition is spread over two floors, with the prehistoric times starting on the fourth floor. I was quite surprised by how big the museum was and how detailed the information was. I spent about 1.5 hours on the top two floors and I didn't even manage to read half of the information that was on display. This is great if you're very interested in the topic but it would have been nice to have a few summaries for those people who don't want to delve into as much detail. If I wouldn't have been as tired, I would stayed a longer to read more.
  • A great experience, providing a history of Catalonia throughout the years. The exhibits on the first few floors are in Spanish only, but the top 3 floors have trilingual signage. On Sundays, parts of the museum are free to access. There is also a rooftop terrace on the top floor, along with a restaurant and bar, that overlooks the harbor.
  • Good museum, worth a visit. If you get the lift to the top floor you can get an excellent view of all the yaughts in the harbur.
  • Impressive exterior and the detail is exceptional. If time allowed we would have done a full tour but we just managed to view the building.
  • This is a very nice, informative and interactive museum. It has all the explanations in English and is especially interesting if you want to learn about the history of Catalonia. The visit can be very long, there is a lot to see. There is a lovely but a bit pricey restaurant in the rooftop, which has an amazing view.
