A place to get a lesson on the subject, besides many unknown information for lay persons, quite fun.

  • This museum is great for the content and building it's located in. It contains a lot of cultural and historical references and items related to Marijuana and hemp. Definitely worth checking out. I hope to visit the sister museum in Amsterdam someday soon.
  • You wouldn't think it, but this museum is fantastic. Incredible collection, well displayed and curated, and in a magnificent mansion. Absolutely worth going to...amazing custom cabinetry and marijuana themed glass/stained glass, in addition to the most spectacular collection of marijuana artifacts in the world. We spent an hour and a half there and were glad we went. Feel free to toke up before you go :)
  • Very much recommend this Museum. The Audioguide and the overall exposition is very well made and new. This Museum is sponsored by Sensei Seed so you can expect a little bias towards pro-cannabis.
  • This was a very interesting museum with a lot of neat marijuana and hemp related products, concepts, artifacts and art from the ancient and recent times.
  • Great exposition, well organized and pleasant, set in a beautiful modernist building

Where to stay in Barcelona

Because the city's metro system makes traveling from area to area relatively painless, you have more flexibility in choosing a place to stay. Barceloneta, the neighborhood surrounding the city beach is somewhat removed from the city center, making its hotels popular with families. Only a 15-minute walk from the center, Barceloneta has a more laid-back beach atmosphere but still offers several restaurants and entertainment options. Farther away from the beach and closer to the city center, El Born is a charming neighborhood well-known for its restaurants and lively bar scene. Eixample is also popular as it is more central and home to some of the city's best shopping and tourist sites, including La Sagrada Familia. For a more traditional experience, consider staying in the Gothic Quarter, the heart of Old Barcelona. This picturesque neighborhood boasts a tight network of historical architecture with boutique hotels and traditional restaurants.
