  • They plagiarize work from other independent artists, sign them as theirs. We have tried to flag them, sue them, but they still get profit. No art, pure business. Please don’t support this place!  more »
  • There is not a honest hair growing on this mans body. Selling artwork that other people create and then claiming that they are his. I wonder how many of the artworks that truly are his? Not for a plea...  more »

  • This gallery will blow your mind! There are so many unique details! Honestly, it's like walking into a museum. The art is spectacular and not to mention affordable. I feel that nowadays it's tough to come across unique pieces of art that won't break the bank. This gallery proves that art is meant for everyone. If you're in Barcelona, DO NOT miss out on it!
  • Maxos art is great we really enjoy the gallery. We purchased several works of art and maxo had them shipped to us in the United States he's amazing to meet with and an amazing artist
  • Accessible, unique, fun, whimsical art. I stumbled upon this place yesterday. I had walked through this neighborhood many times and never seen it. What I love most is that the art is presented very professionally but it feels accessible. Listen, most people here cannot afford 300-3000euro art. Its just a fat of the economy and how people live in general. So to stumble upon a place where the art is more than just posters of famous scenes or reprints and see that large scale art is mostly under 100euros per piece is really exciting and cool. Im definitely coming back here in a few months to purchase some large scale art.
  • Great place but unfortunately prices doubled in last weeks.. quite disappointing when explaining ahead to your friends the talent and great atmosphere there.
  • Funky art shop with lots of unique handmade mixed media collages, as well as paintings of all sizes. The walls are lined with interesting vignettes of Barcelona streets and corners, as well as historic sites. They also sell funky vintage toys and memorabilia. A great place to go for a take-home gift or souvenirs for friends and family. Affordable and beautiful art! There are two shops on the same street, in case you don't find what you love at the first.

Where to stay in Barcelona

Because the city's metro system makes traveling from area to area relatively painless, you have more flexibility in choosing a place to stay. Barceloneta, the neighborhood surrounding the city beach is somewhat removed from the city center, making its hotels popular with families. Only a 15-minute walk from the center, Barceloneta has a more laid-back beach atmosphere but still offers several restaurants and entertainment options. Farther away from the beach and closer to the city center, El Born is a charming neighborhood well-known for its restaurants and lively bar scene. Eixample is also popular as it is more central and home to some of the city's best shopping and tourist sites, including La Sagrada Familia. For a more traditional experience, consider staying in the Gothic Quarter, the heart of Old Barcelona. This picturesque neighborhood boasts a tight network of historical architecture with boutique hotels and traditional restaurants.
