  • Popped in here on 19th August, just as it was having a little drizzle outside. Having been here 3 years ago, my what a transformation. From a fairly dingy little cafe, to a lovely full on restaurant. ...  more »
  • Not the first year travel with pleasure while relaxing on shopping in this department store. This is a great place! My favorite brands assembled in one place. During summer sales prices are very pleasing. The convenient location of goods by floors (women, men, children ...) -detailed floor plan at the information desk, as well as tourist 10% card. About the card here already wrote bodrobno, the only thing that I can add: at the end of 5 days, you can checkout the second card on the same Passport, such cards you can execute up to 5 pieces per year (consecutive or intermittent). Receipts for Tax Free advise to collect throughout the stay and from all stores, regardless of the purchase amount, even for 5 € (there are exceptions: food, stationery and so on, a detailed list of the information desk). End-of-stay Lodging Tax Free in the store where you gently prosummirujut your purchases and will draw up a single sheet to which you want to put a seal at the airport, a copy of the list and checks remain on hand. I usually write a refund on a debit card so as not to stand in second place in the Bank at the airport, I lower the envelope in the yellow box, money comes, usually within 10 days. Rest in Salou, therefore often visit Ei Corte Ingles Tarragona. Collect checks from all shops, design at the end of it all together.

  • It is Catalunya's landmark department store. Featured is a super food court on the top floor and the basement. Food Court can choose from a selection of dessert sushi and paella. Paella is quite comfortable and the excellent dessert tart! I think large scale supermarket in the basement, and buy souvenirs for PSYOPS is featured here.

  • A very decent and high-end department store in Spain! There were several El Corte Inglés within the vicinity and this particular one was the best one! Its perfume department was absolutely stunning! Don’t forget the 9th floor food court! Although the food choices were quite dismal (and the coffee was in fact quite gross), the spectacular panoramic view of Barcelona offered by this floor would prove worthy enough to just stay there for 10 minuets or so!
  • They have renewed its restaurant and it has wonderful views of centric Barcelona. Paella was that good that I couldn't take a picture at the start!🙈 but you have one of the beautiful views in it. ✨ 🇪🇸
  • One of my favourite place for shopping when in Barcelona. Most always very crowded , but you can find there most everything you need , various brands , good prices. When I was there on sale period however , could not find so much things as expected....just because it is very crowded ....so good stuff disappear very quickly :)
  • The store had everything. Prices are a bit high but it's in the center of a tourist destination so that's to be expected. Go to the top floor and get something to eat or drink for amazing views of the city.
  • Bathrooms only in top & parking floors - that's slightly disappointing for a modern department store. However, selection is rather wide and modern - slightly fashion forward but OK. Food dept. is good.

Where to stay in Barcelona

Because the city's metro system makes traveling from area to area relatively painless, you have more flexibility in choosing a place to stay. Barceloneta, the neighborhood surrounding the city beach is somewhat removed from the city center, making its hotels popular with families. Only a 15-minute walk from the center, Barceloneta has a more laid-back beach atmosphere but still offers several restaurants and entertainment options. Farther away from the beach and closer to the city center, El Born is a charming neighborhood well-known for its restaurants and lively bar scene. Eixample is also popular as it is more central and home to some of the city's best shopping and tourist sites, including La Sagrada Familia. For a more traditional experience, consider staying in the Gothic Quarter, the heart of Old Barcelona. This picturesque neighborhood boasts a tight network of historical architecture with boutique hotels and traditional restaurants.
