  • We have been in this wine shop to buy a good wine. Staff serving you very nice and pleasant. They ask you the budget you want to spend on wine, you advise very well and there is to be able to taste the wines. I advise it.

  • Delighted with a shop where the expert makes his own wine. It is an authentic and real professional in his field, as it dominates the craft of wine both as its verb and its complexity. Don't miss the 1hectarea!

  • Fantastic service! Great wine recommendation, especially of regional varieties.
  • We went to Cellarer Wine Bar for dinner twice in our first three days in Barcelona. Partner Christian was welcoming, solicitous and took his time explaining the specials. He recommended wine and offered tastes before we committed. Everything we ate was spectacularly inventive, fresh and unusual. Tuna marinated in soy and mirin and served on a bed of seaweed and Chinese mushrooms; zucchini carpaccio topped with pesto, sun-dried tomato and parmesan; triple cooked patatas bravas with a cool side of a creamy garlicky dipping sauce and desserts of chocolate mousse and tres leches like you've never had before. Don't miss this tiny treasure in Eixample!
  • Great range and advice. Interesting collection
  • Excellent service and wine selection. Ezequiel is very nice and will always try to help you out (lending you glasses or bottle opener if you don't have any). International shipping at good prices. Highly recommanded !
  • A charming place, with a great deal with Mikel in the tasting of French wines and Portuguese. To repeat.

Where to stay in Barcelona

Because the city's metro system makes traveling from area to area relatively painless, you have more flexibility in choosing a place to stay. Barceloneta, the neighborhood surrounding the city beach is somewhat removed from the city center, making its hotels popular with families. Only a 15-minute walk from the center, Barceloneta has a more laid-back beach atmosphere but still offers several restaurants and entertainment options. Farther away from the beach and closer to the city center, El Born is a charming neighborhood well-known for its restaurants and lively bar scene. Eixample is also popular as it is more central and home to some of the city's best shopping and tourist sites, including La Sagrada Familia. For a more traditional experience, consider staying in the Gothic Quarter, the heart of Old Barcelona. This picturesque neighborhood boasts a tight network of historical architecture with boutique hotels and traditional restaurants.
