  • Enjoy gorgeous sunsets and breathtaking views? So don't miss the carmel del bunkers! To get there take the metro to the PENITENTS station then bus 119 which will all take you upstairs. Absolutely magical!

  • For me it's the best to see all Barcelona. You can sit there, drink, eat, in a summer sing with locals. Unfortunetally from the metro it;s quite far, but there are some buses from the metro.
  • Excellent view of the city of Barcelona, the best way is as follows if you use public transport:-or take the metro to Carmel (station) and upload from there, is a somewhat steep hill and it will take you maybe 15 minutes but did not seem to me too. -Also you can get off at the metro station and take the V17 that drops you off at the entrance to the bunker, as you will have to go up a bit but is less. -I understand that the V17 I can take in Plaza Catalunya, and many other places (on the internet should leave the path). It seems it as if you are staying at the route you pay a single passage and leaves you near. It is perfect for a panoramic view of Barcelona and watch the sunset. The bunkers became an attraction after the Olympics. Until some time ago it was a site not well known by tourists, is now much better known so that it is very likely that it is not empty. Perfect for chopping things, understand that it is not allowed to drink liquor, but I saw many people doing (can that be tolerated).

  • Unbelievable views of Barcelona with historic context. The site is located in one of the mountains of Barcelona and has bunkers, remnants of a Civil-era antiaircraft battery. It is not handicapped accessible, but if you can go, it worth the trip. The views of the city are impressive. There is also a park where you can stroll, jog, ride bike, or rest. Worth the trip. I took bus V17 from downtown.
  • Amazing place and met a lot of Korean friends as well. You can see whole Barecelona night! Beer is very necessary! But be careful and watch out ground.
  • This has now become one of the essential stops for any visit to Barcelona, they are the best views of the city that you will find, closer than the ones from Tibidabo or Collserola, and the most accessible. The civil war museum is very interesting as well, make sure you come when it's open. Best times to come are at dawn to watch the sun rise over the sea, at midday when the museum is open and then at sunset to watch the city lights come on.
  • Combine your visit at Park Güell with a trip to this place, ca. 20 min by foot. Make sure to be there in the evening. Great 360 view over Barcelona and the sunset behind the mountains. The way up there can be exhausting and not so convenient, therefore the place is not too crowded.
  • Probably my favourite thing to do in Barcelona. Jump out at alfons x metro and walk up. Great exercise! And the views are the best! The restoration of the actual bunkers are fantastic
