Barri de Gracia, Barcelona
(4.7/5 based on 750+ reviews on the web)
Walk around one of Barcelona’s hippest and most vibrant neighborhoods, Barri de Gracia. Relax in the Plaça de Sol, a lively square lined with places to eat, bars, and 19th-century architecture. Relish the small bohemian village atmosphere of the area, which was separate from the city until 1897. Gràcia’s mix of trendy boutiques and traditional Spanish stores make it an ideal place to pick up a souvenir. Be sure to visit its most famous attraction, Parc Güell, a park designed by famous Catalan architect Antoni Gaudí that is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Use our Barcelona vacation planner to visit Barri de Gracia on your trip to Barcelona, and learn what else travelers and our writers recommend seeing nearby.

  • Grace, is the neighborhood where all we would like to live. Does not seem that you're living in Barcelona, its people, its shops, everything itself is like a big family. Its proximity to the Centre of Barcelona, makes it ideal for living.

  • Barcelona is a city built for pedestrians and a walk around the neighborhood of Gràcia is a spectacle. Go with a script in hand to identify the monuments and important houses, because the signs for these marks is not very efficient. However, the name of the street is perfect. Get lost in the Gràcia and fall in love with Barcelona.
