  • On the Hill of Montjuic from the Spain square fountain climbed the stairs with some. It is a splendid building of stone. After Montserrat, open until late, so can be seen.

  • It is an extensive collection, ranging from the Paleolithic to the middle ages, the exhibits are very interesting. Unfortunately all the explanations are in catalan only, a folly.

  • It is a beautiful building and the colections are displayed well. They also did a good job with the videos and the interactive areas. I learned a lot.
  • This museum is one of the best I've been to, the description wasn't always in English so that may be a struggle to some tourists. Staff was really friendly and the toilets were very clean. Big collection to discover, great timeline and eye to detail like the maquettes of the buildings and the flickering light behind the oil lamp (most of the times I hear people wondering about what this is) Great job!
  • Pretty embarrassing for a museum only to have 5% descriptions in english. Not even on Spanish, everything is in Catalan so we could not understand anything.
  • A fantastic selection of artefacts laid out in order, so you can walk around as if travelling through time. Some items were with English information but not many, which is the only fault I have with this rather excellent museum. If you have only a passing interest in this sort of museum it is still an essential place to visit whilst in Barcelona.
  • A great prehistoric exhibition, dont forget to take a book with enlish translation! Very few visitors
