I think that they should invest in technology and replace old and slow lifts to regain first place, also it would be nice that put a toilet at the box office of Orri, since many customers arrive after a long journey and are forced to look at tracks.View original
I visited in early February 2017 The snow conditions were the best I've had on any snowboard holiday, both on and off piste. If you like riding off piste this is the place to go. The pistes are very wide with a very good lift network with the added bonus of hardly any drag lifts which are awful on a board. That's the good now the bad. The mountain restaurants are terrible especially when compared to Austria, the apre ski is rubbish with only the bar by the gondola. The town is terrible for nightlife so don't visit if your looking for nightlife.
Bad resort. Very Expensive, a lot of the elevators are of the older type where they go to fast when you have to get in, without a cover. On top of that they don't even work with a magnetic card, so the personnel has to MANUALLY scan everybody's skipass.
Great place to learn and intermediates, perhaps not enough for those adding up miles in week. Great lift networks and linked runs.
Nice routes and services. A bit too expensive compared to France.
Best resort i've ever been too. Pretty much without fail we had 5-10cm of snow every day/night to refresh the pistes, made the holiday infantile better. The pistes are well marked and signed, there is simply a huge amount of area to ski and explore, over the week myself and my partner only managed to explore Baqueira and Beret next time we shall discover more on bonaigua. Pistes are wide and the off piste is simply fantastic. 5/5 returning next year.
