  • Of the hidden treasures in the Baixa Limia, just announced, this Visigothic Church is a prized relic that we know it and we love to show it to people from outside who always gets surprised by its beauty and simplicity, as well as views that are obtained from your location. You have to call the number that is in the door and a kind lady from the village opens the doors for a private tour, a rare luxury. If you pass nearby, forbidden not to visit it!

  • Drag, literally talking to a few friends to see this church, vaguely remembered as it was 30 years ago. It remains the same. Frozen in time. They had a difference, the key the last time I was in the rectory House, today it is closed, like many others in our rural setting. Now in front of the church there is a phone which we call to visit it. I have read that practically is the only soft Church preserved in its entirety. Over the centuries, it has undergone reforms. In 1931 it was declared a national monument. It is a must-see. Arrange a visit to the area, in which we include a: - Celanova and San Rosendo monastery. -Vilanova two infants. -Aquis Querquernis. -Santa Comba de Bande. perfect.

  • A monument of the century Vll, which is maintained and you can see thanks to the disinterested collaboration of a neighbor. Is shameful, the State of conservation of the environment, fallen houses, dangerous walls, rectory in semiruins. This is the image we project. The City Council spends on artificial turf for the football field. The bishopric dropped the parish house without that nobody required cleaning at least weeds. The provincial government or believe that you know there is the Church. The regional government expenditure through heritage a number of joke... And just when they were between work... And this was... The central Government as the provincial Government not know that it exists. However it is in the history books. Pathetic and sad. In this country there is money for airports, sports pavilions, statues, and so me them things... But this heritage for nothing at all. With all of this beautiful church in a unique environment. Visit obliged.
