  • A must see for any aviation enthusiast. A museum housed in the orginal terminal building of Lanzarote Airport. Receptionist gave us a nice detailed tour as we were the only people in at the time. Easy to find, just follow signs for the current airport. It's completely free too.
  • Interesting place if you like aviation. You can see the history of aviation and Lanzarote in the Canary Islands. The girl responsible for the Museum very friendly and attentive.

  • The aeronautical Museum of Lanzarote is located in own grounds of Lanzarote airport. In fact, this museum is located in the first passenger terminal, which was in operation between 1946 and 1970. Yes, I'd like to tell would-be visitors that access may be confusing once inside the airport. Although the path is correctly indicated, access to access to the same street you may take us back seeing a signal cut Street and access only to authorized vehicles, mainly due to military installations close to the same. Don't worry, the path is correct and a few meters ahead you will find the Museum labeled AEROPUERTO-LANZAROTE reserved parking building. Upon entering the Museum received us a simpatiquisima young girl, which made us a guided tour of all spaces, teaching us the former facilities of the terminal, as the cafeteria, billing for baggage, the main lobby or Iberia operator stand, the only one that had at the time. The visit was really enjoyable, so history has the site, many of the equipment used at the time, by the friendliness and enthusiasm of the girl, who told us each and every one of the stories of the terminal and in general from Lanzarote airport. Given that all the visitors to the island have to go through the airport, I think that it is must-see at all, because you will have a really fun, besides being completely free. Recommended 100% free

  • A small but fine exhibition. And who knows that the Concorde times landed on Lanzarote? Absolutely recommendable visit (especially free), if the flight time is delayed. You kan simply with hand baggage over run and use the time sense.
