  • Three reservoirs make up this set of artificial lakes that are located in the center of the province of Malaga, in the terms of Ardales, Campillos, Teba, and Antequera. They alternate between wooded shores with agricultural soils. The most frequented and prepared for visitors is the reservoir Conde de Guadalhorce (Ardales), originally known as Jet swamp. Yes there are several establishments engaged in tourism: accommodation, restaurants and picnic areas, as well as guarded parking and several historical places as the Chair of the King, beaches and jetties for boats and pedal boats. Also here are access to the famous Caminito del Rey.

  • You can go walking to the top of the dam, just before arriving there is a parking. Very beautiful photos can be made from the top, and you can see both sides of the dam.
