  • It is the question that usually do the visitor when you access the Plaza Alta and stumbles upon this majestic Temple in a population that in those time should not be very large. Impressive inside and out

  • Parish of our Lady of the assumption. The largest of all Huelva religious temple. Visit just before or during the mass, usually by the afternoon and not every day. See new made enlargement a few years ago. From there go two processions in week Santa, both the Friday Holy. Many cults, history, traditions... in this temple. There I was baptized, there enjoy each dawn of good Friday, campanilleros, carols... and I will marry if God wants.

  • Huge building in the lower part of the old city, in whose top Castle is distinguished with the Priory Church. The facade is impressive and original Renaissance style. Was closed, and I had that limit me to see it from outside.

  • . A Gigantic church for a small place. Sitting in the Plaza Alta - the Top Square - this church overshadows every other building. It's HUGE! Inside follows the same theme of Over-The-Topness. Where on earth did they get the money to build such a large and decorated church? Worth a visit. .
