  • Well worth a visit. The history of Fuerteventura (especially cheese) is very interesting and the cactus garden excellent.  more »
  • The gallery itself. Images of hundreds of wheel. You can purchase prints in small prices. The area around interesting works of folk art in the courtyard. By car. The way great. No traffic. Overall, I recommend.

  • Small museum kept up very well but that doesn't offer anything special. At the entrance there is a restored mill where you can visit the Interior. After you enter the first room of the Museum, which is also the most interactive on the history of the Canary Islands is where 4-year-old son enjoyed himself more. In the other two zones on the history of cheese and various breeds of goats. We were expecting something more like a tasting or see the cheese. Luckily it costs € 2 visited within half an hour. Check it out only if you are passing through. Cool cactus garden.

  • STOP!!!! Before we start is really important to understand this is certainly more about the life of the island (Fuerteventura) than just cheese. We was really surprised about how much there was to see as do at the museum, from milking virtual goats, to understanding the way the islands were born all those million of years ago. The landmark is the windmill which resides in the garden and you are free to explore it along with the cactus gardens. Finally this is the cheapest museum I've ever had to pay to enter, in 2016 an adult price was just €2 and with everything that it offers is exceptional value.
  • Lovely buildings, but you must need to really love goats, oh yeah & windmills
  • The kids love this place, mainly due to its interactive display. Parents can appreciate not only the merits of the display, but also the location of this museum - a very well maintained and clean garden! I recommend visiting this site!
  • Maybe the best, most modern and most informativ museum of the island. The name „cheese museum“ is a bit miss leading because its just one part. One building is dedicated to fauna, flora and geology of Fuerteventura, in the garden you will find a windmill you can admit and maybe most beautiful the large, very scenic botanic garden where you can rest.
  • Lovely location but the museum itself is not that great. 10 minutes is all it takes to visit the 3 rooms and read the history of cheese making. Not what I expected. Disappointing especially if you travel specifically for it. 2 Euros entrance fee and the patrol to get here make it really not worth it.
