(4.9/5 based on 900+ reviews on the web)
Providing a commanding view over the ocean and a wealth of historic architecture, Casco antiguo de altea serves as the antique district of the Spanish town of Altea. Situated on a hill within the city, the Casco provides a large selection of eateries, cafes, and shops. Stop in for a coffee or traditional Spanish meal along its cobbled streets or take home a souvenir from one of the city’s craft stores. Admire the splendor of the Church of the Virgin of Consuelo or relax in the old town’s many secluded squares. The hike to the town’s upper reaches can be strenuous, so it may not be suited to those with mobility problems. • Re-fuel in Altea. You can you have a nice walk in the evening and enjoy the view from the vantage points. Through its charming streets and boutiques. And take to drink or dinner.

  • The most beautiful, old and high part of the city, where steep streets will bring you the white town of Altea. Here is the Church, Mirador, with excellent views of the city and the coast, plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. Especially beautiful is the Casco antiguo in the light of the evening lights.

  • Very nice all Altea, the bottom there is a small church around is the commercial centre, and now looks to the picturesque environment of the population, white streets, from there access to the area high and most beautiful but difficult to access, because the slope is very steep to climb, the Cuesta de los Machos, until you reach the old Portal already inside walled, or old town. stepped streets and balconies grate until you reach the square of the Virgin of the Consuelo.el Temple is topped by Texas in the domes of blue color that contrasts with the streets in white. on the noon start to get those painters to work their canvases. From this high point can be seen throughout the area with your viewpoint.

  • I bought a wetsuit in its store of C/Jorge Juan 118, Madrid. After 6 dives costume turns out to be defective and across the Board the back comes off. As I live in Mexico is not taken care of shipping, nor of send it to Spain or of return it, exist in this country (Antigo town, Playa del Carmen) a subsidiary of your company where could repair the suit or what would be the right thing, change it for a new one or give the money back me. Do not accept any other way of solving the problem that it is not that they send the costume and they sent to repair in Spain. And all this making me a favor because it is assumed that I have fifteen days for changes or refunds from the date of purchase. Bad company policy.

  • Very good store of material of diving and underwater fishing, great price, always have very good offers and a variety of articles. Dependents are diving professionals and you advise very well, are not the typical that you want to sell the more expensive if not what you really need and do well. THEY ARE VERY GOOD PEOPLE.

  • I just have to express my immense satisfaction that the sport of scuba diving becomes extensive very slowly (unfortunately) and a direct and responsible way Decathlon made advertising and indispensable element for this purpose with costs and a customer service department unique in this field. Thank you Julio Llauradó Poveda
