  • It is now the Museum of science and technology. Loved my 5 year old son. It is full of amazing things for the children (and some) also for adults. Good facilities, workshops for children, and a nice site and not crowded. It is an ideal place to spend an entertaining family morning visit.

  • Okay, it is advisable to go with family, the temporary exhibitions tend to be good. There aren't usually many people even on Sundays

  • First of all clarify that it isn't Cosmocaixa well and does not fund it... It is the National Museum of science and technology and is in calle Pintoz Velázquez s/n, Alcobendas. Museum original and amazing in every way. It is a pleasure and a privilege to enjoy museums like this and in a free manner. It has an exhibition with technological issues, curious experiments and a lot of activities and workshops for children and family. There are very interesting temporary exhibitions with optional workshops that cost money but are derisory (3eu) because the rest of the Museum is free. It is something to be thank. It's all very well maintained. One of the things most attractive part of the experiments is the Planetarium where projected an interesting film about the planets in a huge round screen, explain many curiosities about the origins of Earth. We enjoyed all day, went out to eat out because there is not a restaurant, but an area of picnic with coffee machines, water, soft drinks and panchitos. There is no problem to return. Also there is a playground area for the most kids. We will certainly return to enjoy these maravilloas and curious facilities and see other temporary exhibitions. The kids enjoyed big and parents also. I recommend 100%
