  • Some cloistered nuns are what you can not enter, but to what the people are going to buy the caramelized peanuts which are a real delight. Through a small window in which you do not see the nun, you buy these tasty caramelized. Prices and the size of the boxes are on the wall opposite the window. They have boxes of various sizes and prices.

  • They are the nuns that better prepare the caramelized. They are nuns of closures and shopping via a lathe. Their bakery is great and their caramelized peanuts are the best I've tasted.

  • You can buy famous almond sweets. Other lots sold similar products, but here is also delicious. But only Spain staff. And didn't speak English. I got Alcala University students happened to be passing by the local interpretation in Spain from the English, you could buy.

  • Convent of closing. Excellent sugared almonds.

  • The best and most traditional almonds "garapinyades" Alcalá, made by the nuns of the convent. Excellent, worthwhile that the tourist passes through the point of sale (which is actually a convent lathe) to buy even if it is a packet. Likewise you can also buy tourist souvenirs such as cups, plates and wooden boxes.
