  • I know Alcalá and this is one of my favorite spots. It's a set of squares, really, between the Archbishop's Palace, the Oratory of San Felipe Neri and the convent of San Bernardo. Just a step from the Regional Archaeological Museum and very close to the main street and the Magistral Church. With its huge trees and banks of stone, it is a perfect place to relax or take a walk.

  • If you visit Alcala de Henares, this is a must stop and also will come in well stop in the shadow of these magical trees if you come in summer and are visiting through the historical centre. With the regional Archaeological Museum of the community of Madrid on one side, the Archbishop's Palace to another, Cistercian Monastery of San Bernardo, etc, you have no excuse, stand a few minutes and take a photo of storks nearby.

  • Place with the charm of the city patrimony of the humanity. I've gone through it hundreds of times and I can't stop. Trees covered with beautiful and cold, very centrally located stone walls.
