  • The Museum of the cutlery, Albacete, is one of the museums that you can't miss when you visit the city. Even if you're not fond of cutlery, you will leave with the feeling that you will not see an equal Museum.

  • Located in a Palace modernist, "the House of the gardener", facing the Town Hall and the Cathedral, collects an interesting collection that covers from remains of the age of the iron to them last works of large artists Cutlers of Albacete and of others locations Spanish. I don't know if there is any other such Museum anywhere else. It is very well organized, with explanatory panels, accessible and very affordable rates (reduced for seniors and students, and free for children). There is a possibility of guided visits. Allows to know workshops, materials used; machines used for sharpening Street (usually Galicians) and a lot of knives, knives and scissors from different periods and styles. I was surprised by the variety of scissors unknown and its utilities. I was delighted that a boy of about 6 years - which had visited the Museum with your school - explain us how to open the exhibitors.

  • A small museum in a beautiful building of story depicting worldwide fame that has Albacete in cutlery. Before he devoted himself to other activities, but certainly as Museum is ideal. It is located opposite the Cathedral and next to the Town Hall, forming a set of architectural styles of diverse cultures.

  • The Museum is picturesque and interesting visits to exhibitions. Any person visiting the city should spend some time. Highlights, above all, the wide range of educational, the specially designed for school or high school students. The proposed activities are renewed each year, in addition, with which all courses can arrange a new visit.
