  • One of the routes Seoraksan Park. Recommend to visit it first. Complexity is increasing gradually. First, an easy walk, then busy climbing rocks/stairs, then steeply up the most complicated 800 meters when several times wants to turn back, but the irrepressible Korean retirees who easily and naturally overcome steep stairs, do not allow you to surrender. View from above of course captures. We went to the windy weather, even a cable car because of this did not work, and at the top of the mountain there was a strong wind. No, not wind-vetrishhshhshhe. Even Boonie, had the foresight to bound with a rubber band, tried to fly away. Had to hold on to the handrails, not to go after them. Definitely recommend route because of the species and as a victory over themselves. But definitely comfortable shoes and appropriate clothing-on top of the wind was cold.

  • We went up just past the peak autumn foliage, so there were no big crowds to jostle with. It starts out quite easy with generally paved roads, then starts to get tricky with rocky pathways (large ston...  more »
  • Mid-October, the climate is stable and good. Day trips from Seoul was found in road traffic to 14 o'clock. When the mountain began to climb from there, but hardly exactly days. It is recommended to start climbing in the morning if you can. Courses go from shinheung Temple could very well maintained directions, railing, etc. Stairs, but on loose near the Summit is to encourage and continue. Was the exhilaration of climbing off. Because it is part of the rolling rock climbing shoes are recommended. It is a course you want to go.

  • It took 5 hours round trip to do Ulsanbawi trail, some people only need 3 hours. Depend on your strength. Total 6 km round trip with up and down step. So exhausted but believe me you will regret it if you don't do it, because the victory is so sweet, and the scenery is amazing. Tips: bring enough water and don't spend much, because on top only one seller who sells tea and is expensive.
  • Worth the climb -- it is an absolutely gorgeous view. The path, which is shaded only a little ways after the temple, involves many many stone and steel stairs. There is no water at the top, so bring lots!
