  • Gwangjin, Seongdong-gu, or, this is never a little family atmosphere for family units in the park or forest, OLE way top is a good base, he even to experience the Seoul Forest Ecology of the great place I think. In the summer, sending up one time good matting.

  • It felt a bit weird to be in a lush garden with high rise office buildings in the background, but this place is well worth a visit to chill out and take a break from the city. Aside from various garde...  more »

  • One of the best parks in Seoul. Sculpture area, floor fountain, skate park, butterfly house, insect house, deer feeding, and a wonderful playground. And that's just the start. The playground has a huge play structure, lots of sand, big slides, and lots of other little highlights. Oh, and lots and lots of water faucets, and wonderful bathrooms right next door. Lots of trails, a secluded water habitat in the NW corner...the list goes on. The elevated path going over the deer area and to the SW is a lovely walk, and you can see dozens of water birds. Not a lot of eating options: there are a couple CUs, and a place by the lake. There are several more options in the towers at the NE corner of the park. The list goes on: garden area, tennis courts, etc.
  • Reallly good to take kids on a saturday morning. You can hire bikes cheaply near gate 5. Parking is convenient if you get there before about 11. Tends to get packed on nice days. Insect and butterfly gardens are small but my kids like them.
  • I've been here a few times and everytime I go I'm surprised by finding something new and beautiful in the park. Absolutely one of my favorite ways to waste time. In the spring/summer they even have a indoor butterfly garden as well as a place to hand feed deer. The bathrooms are usually clean and the park is free. You really cant complain.
  • Gorgeous Park in Seoul. Nice place to relax and seeing some nature. Renting a bike is a good way to explore the park and nearby Han river
  • Great place to relax. There are lots of recreational areas like for exercising for yound and old alike. There are also places for peaceful relaxation and meditation. In additional they also have deers that you can feed after buying feeds in the vending machine and butterfly, insects, rabbit houses. There are also lots of flowers and gardens.
