Very interesting and informative museum. If you're at all interested in recent history you will definitely enjoy it. Only 3,000 won to get in so definitely worth it. If you go and actually try to learn about the war then it'll probably take 1-1.5 hours of your time.
Not everyone will find it interesting. Shows a lot of history between Japan and Korea. If you are into this sort of thing then you will enjoy. Defiantly not a must see. If you need to choose something to skip while you are in Seoul then this is it.
