The last remaining of the five grand Joseon-dynasty palaces, Gyeonghuigung represents an important cultural and historical center. Its design, combined with the imposing figure of the mountain, create a mesmerizing architectural marvel that has stood strong for centuries. See the three onsite museums: an art museum, a history museum, and the National Folk Museum.   • Gyeonghui Palace was one of the five grand palaces built during the Joseon Dynasty. Unfortunately the palace was devastated by fire and was later torn down during Japanese occupation to build a school...  more »
  • Not particularly significant compared to the other palaces, but still worth a visit if you want to see Seoul History Museum or the 'Hammering Man' statue nearby.  more »
  • Amazing Korean history, After Gyeogbokgung, one of the most amazing places. Definitely must see. Yu will find a very interesting pat of the Korean Culture.  more »

  • It is a good place to learn a bit of the korean kings and nice poace to walk around quietly especially outside its walls where you can find nature.
  • Worth a trip. Check out the guard changing ceremony.
  • Pretty small and nice palace. Not many other tourist were here so it felt really calm too. A portion of the palace was closed off when I came. There's a pathway that circles it and you can see the palace from above, that's kinda nice.
  • Small. In a remote location (relatively speaking). But worth a visit nonetheless
