  • Staying at the Grand intercontinental Ho del, and food came first, and there are many attractions and is close enough to the intended area. I don't have time to learn a bit of a downer not mind looking around, but I will try to explore a little more, comes next. Anyone who comes here will not disappoint.

  • Nice place to hang out when it rains but generally quite claustrophobic especially over the weekends. Also being indoor means the air quality sometimes is poor. Recent interior remodeling made drastic changes to the layout and not everyone likes it. However good variety of stores, restaurants, 'street' musician performances, and movie theater means it's a good default place to meet and hang out in Seoul. Also COEX convention hall upstairs sometimes have interesting events going on so I suggest checking it out if you are planning a visit.
  • COEX is gigentic place with great selection of restaurants, shops that sell brand things, korean traditional items, all of good quality. I spent about 6 hours there and still didn't see all of it. I definetly recomend it to anyone looking to chill, bring a date, shop, watch a movie, have fun!
  • This is a huge underground mall. Lots of dining options, many of which are pretty good. Plenty of shopping, obviously, but also a few things to do: there's a theater and a suprisingly impressive aquarium.
  • Coex mall has a really interesting aquarium with a lot of unique displays. There are also different shops there that arn't in Myeong-dong or Gangnam. The restaurants, while decent, are more chain-like.
  • Perfect for a rainy day. An overwhelming amount of stores, activities and restaurants. They even have an aquarium and movie theater inside. You can easily spend half a day here!
