  • COEX Aquarium, Aquarium, one of the most famous, I'd love to. A lot of animation, but the Aquarium up and down Fort, easy to access by public transportation in Seoul, while the famous facility is one of the most representative places. I was visiting with family members when they visit, this did not look well and to come and see this was a different experience turned out. ^^ Grand aquarium fish with families and lovers want to watch this should not

  • There are children, who live in the vicinity, you can come, but if you go, it is not necessary, marine life is often seen sharks fish, sea lion and so on, the most special has been luoding, and do not know why, clearly called aquarium, but put the rabbit, squirrels and bats and other organisms, feel nothing special. The best activity is the Mermaid show.

  • Was a great day out with the kids, as shopping mall next door. We spent about 2 hrs there, very easy to get to. Great indoor activity if weather is bad.  more »

  • It was busy, but there are plenty of smaller tanks to keep the crowd busy. There was a bit of a wait at the hands-on exhibits, but nothing unbearable. Toward the end there is a long moving walkway that you can just stand on while you look at the big fish tanks. A nice break from the walking. This is all located in a mall with plenty of shops and food. A two for one deal that could easily fill a day.
  • A busy and expensive place. We went with our five years old son. Despite the cost (about 27 dollars for an adult) we had fun there because it was actually pretty long Aquarium not an in and out. Almost everything is decorated with The octonauts characters and our son loved it.
  • It was really great! The aquarium itself felt like being at a museum at some points and the exhibits were fun and beautiful! I like that they gave a us a map so that we could get stamps at different exhibits. I got a free postcard after I handed it in!
  • Very nice aquarium that includes a doctor fish exhibit you can put your hand in! Lots of different interesting fish as well as wildlife in general.
  • Coex Aquarium is a wonderful place to be with your family. The aquarium presents a humongous variety of aquatic life, organized methodically into well-thought categories. Fish hued with unquantifiable range of spectral colors stamp the authority of nature's artistic mastery. Aquatic mammals instantly become Blue Eyed favourites of young kids. Amazonian jungles find themselves reincarnated in one of the sub-arenas. To top it all, there are hourly shows featuring live underwater performances of professional divers with Fish, Seals, Eels and what not. Staff is forthcoming and fluent in English language. The under-sea voyage terminates at an economical Souvenir Shop enabling eternity to visitors' memories. The ticket is around $25 but if you are on budget there are ways to get discounts; got mine through Naver website 🤗

Where to stay in Seoul

The Seoul metropolitan area has two districts especially appealing to backpackers--Jongno just northeast of the city, and Hongdae to the west. Both offer good shopping and dining, as well as easy transport links to the rest of the city. Mid-range options may prove difficult to find in peak season (July to August), unless you don't mind staying at a traditional hanok guesthouse, where loads of character make up for any lack of amenities. Finally, a range of top-end hotels with an impressive list of services and facilities lie scattered around the city.
