  • It is surprisingly large given that it is situated inside the COEX, an expensive place in the heart of the city. I had visited numerous large aquariums but still managed to find something interesting....  more »
  • Visited Oceanarium in Coex Mall. All good! A large number of fish and other inhabitants of the water world. The penguins have pleased))) all the rest as well as in other cities around the world.

  • COEX Aquarium is while not exactly cheap, but eventually each won 28,000 WON. You will meet a variety of colorful aquariums which are really down to the part. Many different fish and animals are shown to you. Of course some aquariums could be larger, but this is the case in Germany. Basically a great aquarium, you should visit once!

  • you'd think an aquarium inside the basement of a mall would be lacklustre, but wow you'd be wrong. This place is huge and has so many different areas. You can spend a couple hours in here easily. It has pretty much all the staples of a good aquarium. There's a shark tank, otters, an underwater tunnel, educational things, jelly fish, and some extra trendy stuff. It isn't the best aquarium I've been to by far, but it gets a 5star simply because it was way better than expected. Easily accessible by subway and you can spend a whole day here if you like malls. Watch a movie, eat some food, go to a temple across the street, go to an arcade all on a subway stop. This place is also one stop on bus from the airport for about 15 bucks. So even a great stop over spot when in Korea
  • This was one of my favourite places to visit in Korea tbh! It's really big and you will find a lot of different creatures other than water critters. Really informative with little signs that are translated in different languages. Some creative containers for the fish as well (like a telephone booth and traffic lights).
  • It's a fun little place especially to take kids to! There are different activities and different kinds of experiences you can get here. I do think that the price is a little high for the size of the aquarium. But it's cute! If you decide to spend a day looking around in coex, its worth a visit!
  • When you start the path through the aquarium you see a children's section, but the later exhibits are amazing. They have a shark tank with big sharks and turtles, a penguin exhibit, tortoises, habitats, etc. We actually also really enjoyed the interactive exhibits in the kids section, where fish were shown in creative spaces.
  • Really great place to visit. The kids had a lot of fun and a good place to spend the day. There are places here just for kids like touching the star fish and putting your hand in the fish tank. They pay half of the parking ticket up to 3 hrs which is
