Explore a 600-year-old urban area composed of traditional Korean houses at Bukchon. Constructed during the reign of the Joseon Dynasty, the village consists of many neighborhoods which were uses as a residential quarter for nobles and high-ranking government officials. Go on a guided tour to explore the narrow streets and visit cultural and hospitality facilities, such as workshops, museums, restaurants, and cafes. With more than half a million visitors yearly, you will need to book a reservation at least three days prior to your visit.   • the place is beautiful but its importance overblown, we walked in and were beautiful places to take a photo. knew I'd initially that it was so not potashhilas' with three transfers) in the summer here is much better-sit to eat ice cream, drink coffee, etc would be nice

  • Great to walk round the old buildings. Interesting shops cool cafes and eateries. Sometimes a bit up hill but great to visit. 
  • As cute as it sounds, this place does not have a main entrance that says 'Bukchon Hanok Village'. You just get to Samcheongdong and get up at any small hills that you see. The area around this place i...  more »
