  • Being on Jeju Island is a perfect, that it is impossible not to visit the top of this mountain, because Koreans consider it a national hobby and a must visit place. On Hallasane 5, but only 2 routes lead to the top. We climbed and descended along the route Seongpanak is 9.6 km there and back. The route closed in 12:00, because then there is a risk not to come down before dark. The rise took 3.5 hours, down 2.5, for us, was a personal best, since read that people 6:00 only go up. Conditional route is divided into 3 bar-easy, medium and adovyj. There are two pit stop, where you can sit back and take a breath. Be prepared to climb on boulders and over cobblestones and pray to God not to fall and not break anything. Hard. Hard. This test is your own forces, overcoming itself. Seen on top of the worth of these forces-beauty, breathtaking! It is necessary to water and food, a comfortable not slippery shoes. People very much, had to often overtake. Smooth horizontal tracks is extremely small, but overall the trail is equipped with fences and in some places-stairs.
