  • Personally it is the most beautiful temple in the city. Just outside the Council to take a taxi to get there. The pagoda built in the middle of the 7th century is the oldest, dating, in Korea. Rare example of brick construction. Magnificent statues of Buddhist guardians at the entrance to each of the four doors and the Lions at the four corners. If you are fortunate enough to visit the temple without people, as happened to us, it will seem magical. Open from dawn to dusk, 1,500 WON admission:

  • This temple is accessible by urban bus, almost all those who leave the station. I do not recommend walking from there because there are more than 2 km, and if it's hot it's horrible (from experience). The entrance are 1300 won (adults) and it is a very short visit. A temple is more than all those who are not the most impressive. If you don't have lot of time don't miss time during his visit. They were just in a session of prayers and it was nice to hear how they sang. What I like the most are the bubbles of wishes of colors that exist. Contrast very well. As always there are toilets and machines of drinks. In front is the access to the Hwangnyongsaji Temple, whose entrance is free and they are ruins. We do not visit it because we had no time.
