Where to stay in Daegu

Daegu offers numerous high-quality, Western-style hotel options, clustering around the subway stations and downtown areas. With only one hostel, budget lodgings are scarce; however, even the mid-range hotels remain relatively affordable. Premium four- and five-star high-rise chains abound, offering pools and gyms, and often overlooking pleasant park greenery or the city's Kumho River. With transport links so well served, choose somewhere for its amenities and reputation, a spot of comfort to use as your city base.
