  • Beautiful gardens around it. Very quiet place. Perfect for vacation. You have to change shoes to get in. No picture or food allowed inside the house. Nice visit overall.  more »
  • This was a presidential summer house in the past, Now it is open to the public as a park. You can walk around there as if you are President of the ROK.  more »
  • This place was South Korean president villa and now it is opened to public. It has beautiful nature especially in spring and autumn and quiet and calm to relax. This large place has beautiful flowers,...  more »

  • A nice place to spend an afternoon if it is not too crowded. Some nice walking paths and trails. A bit of history in the buildings. Large grassy fields, but unfortunately they are off limits. I believe you need to make "reservations" if you want to drive in, otherwise catch a bus from Muni. Or ride a bike there. The last section of road before the entrance is rather nice.
  • CheongNamDae (청남대/青南台) is the annex used by past Presidents of ROK. We saw the annex not mammoth size but splendid architecture and well-formed garden with golf course & a big lake. I enjoyed walking in CheongNamDae. To open it to the public seems to be a great feat and I imagined tremendous economic growth in ROK after their independence to currency crisis in 1997.
  • Interesting place, interesting exhibits for recent korean history. Really shows the different personalities of past presidents.
  • Great place for a walk in the park. Seems like not very many places to eat there, so may want to bring something with you.
  • I have been here with my friends from Saudi and Dubai. We enjoyed so much.
