  • The main building has a few small exhibitions and is free, although several floors were closed, including the main sculpture garden. However, the Lee Ufan annex is worth the visit if you like his work...  more »
  • Two exhibits were advertised, but they filled maybe 10% of the museum, which was otherwise as empty as a new fridge. So unless current exhibits sound compelling, it's not worth your time.  more »
  • Minimal expression language uses this artist of stone, glass, metal, are among the materials he uses in his unique installations. The rooms are all in white and otherwise bare.

  • Displays are small, not all of the space is utilized. I saw everything in under an hour. There is a cafe here, bookstore and library. I will come again and inquire about English guide tour.
  • space lee ufan is an incredible retrospective of his works in a perfectly meditative environment. The museum itself is small yet lovely, but the real gem here is space lee ufan
  • Has both free and paid sections. Neat and not too crowded. Only draw back is the lack of artwork by foreign artists
  • I would call this a clean space. The collections they show case are really nice. The space is not too crowded and the each gallery had a couple of staffs who could help you with the art. Majority of the collections are from local artists and a couple of spaces dedicated to foreign artists. The museum also has a souvenir shop dedicated to Korean art.
  • It's a great space but they only get good exhibitions a few times a year.

Where to stay in Busan

Established as a domestic tourist destination for a long while now, you'll find a good set of accommodations in Busan, a city becoming more and more equipped to cope with its burgeoning international reputation. Around Seomyeon station and slightly further to the northeast lie some of the most established options, with an abundance of hotels, hostels, and guesthouses in this highly commercial district. Head to the Haeundae beach district for a range of beachfront options, and more budget-friendly guesthouses in the side streets that lead away from the beach.
