  • We stopped by at this beautiful market on our way through Stellenbosch and we are very glad that we did. Quite possibly the best “house” lager we have tried in Stellenbosch. Great selection of wine....  more »
  • What a shame, this flea market has gone commercial/corporate/upmarket. Take your pick. It used to offer a great family experience. Independent exhibitors providing a variety of foods and goods. Like.....  more »
  • We drove to Stellenbosch to spend the morning at the market, at the gate while in the car we were shouted at by security to put masks on or turnaround. At the market entrance another lady demanded...  more »
  • It was a very pleasant wine tasting experience with knowledgeable and friendly personnel who was willing to assist wherever they could. I liked it very much and the wine is really of excellent quality and standard. I will visit this wine farm definitely again as I had a great experience here.
  • It was a very pleasant wine tasting experience with a waitress that knew her wine. The estate also has some of the best wines in the area. Definitely worth a visit, as every Sunday they have a local market as well.
  • The cupcake and wine pairing was very well done. Our tasting room assistant was well versed in the wines and the best way to taste them. All staff was friendly and attentive. The tasting room itself is a marvel with interior decorating although some may long for a more rustic atmosphere the South African take on Zinfandel will make you feel right at home.
  • Very scenic location. The Blaauwklippen Wine Estate staff are very friendly and professional. They give an excellent wine tasting presentation. Truly had a wonderful experience. Their product display is creatively appropriate for the location and the prices very reasonable. If you want to walk away with something divine to tickle your taste buds with I definitely recommend their Before & After Aperitif.
  • Every thing the eyes can see is very impressive. The meals were extraordinary, esp. The fish cakes and superfiod salad. Unlike anything Ive ever tasted. A variety of wines available for sale, wheel chair access, wine tasting, beautiful surroundings, friendly pleasant staff
