  • I last visited this venue with my husband 8 years ago. Now I returned with my two young children. Day was very hot so the wild dogs and wolves hid in the shade in the thicket. But I have seen huge changes in the last few years. There is a large and wonderful farmyard set up with a huge array of animals now. Kids could feed the animals with food from the reception area. There are also guides who are available to take you on a very informative excursion. There is a simple novelty shop- pretty expensive and a simple outdoors decked restaurant. It serves very basic but cheap meals. Entry to the venue is very affordable. In the end I don't mind paying for the sake of maintaining the animals. A number of the animals have been rescued situations. Kids enjoyed the morning there .
  • Well worth the R100 entry fee. The wolves are absolutely beautiful. There is a petting zoo at the back. Entrance comes with a complimentary bag of animal feed to give to the various animals there. The place is well kept and staff are very friendly. There is a small kitchen so you can have a bite to eat while you drink a cool drink. Quite an experience.
  • A lovely sanctuary for wolves lovers! Prices are great from R100 self guided and R175 for a guide and interactive petting, unfortunately we came at the wrong time as it was hot so most of them were hiding in the shades. At the back has farm animals that's you can feed with the pellets provided and an optional R10 for a bucket of vegetables to feed the bunnies and piglets. Was absolutely a treasure worth visiting! ❤
  • Brilliant place to spend a morning. The staff were so helpful & knowledgeable, and we had great fun feeding the farm animals. The little coffee shop did not look too salubrious, which just shows that you can't judge a book by the cover! We had the most divine brownies with ice cream, carrot cake to die for and wonderful cappuccino to boot. Will definitely visit again if we're in the area.
  • Honestly not sure if i just expected more but felt as though the entrance price was too high for what you get. Wolf cages were clean and of decent size and animals looked well cared for but viewing the wolves does not take very long. You will probably be done in 20 minutes. Wolves were very lethargic due to the heat. So probably best to visit in Winter. Farmyard was the most exciting for the kids as they get to feed and interact with them. Overall worth a few hours to pass some time.
