Am very impressed with this beautiful ranch. I cannot fault it at all. Definitely well worth the money spent. Just want to say a very big thank you to our amazing guide Virgil who had us in stitches the entire time. And also to Liam who assisted us with the printing of our photos - the line was long and we were very undecided about what photos to get, he kept his cool the entire time with a broad smile on his face. Well done Cango Wildlife Ranch for employing such amazing staff
A well maintained and well laid out animal sanctuary. Included in the entrance fee is a guided tour and you can pay extra to have an individual experience with specific animals. Our guide was Rinaldo a knowledgeable young man who took us through the different areas and explained the history, names and lifestyle of the animals. His enthusiasm of his work shone through and added to our enjoyment. He allowed plenty of time to browse ask questions. Later we did another circuit on our own and read the animals stories on the cards on the enclosures and overhead walkways. We had a couple of stops at the restaurant for drinks and food which was of a good quality and choice and served by friendly staff. Impressed by the thought that has gone into the set up of the park and care of the animals and commitment of the staff. A great day out for all the family.
Sold wildlife park along the Garden Route in South Africa. My wife and I visited in February 2020. They have a nice guided tour that takes about an hour or so and is complimentary. Really impressive cats section inclusion of tigers, lions and cheetahs. The fruit bats were absolutely huge. Definitely good value and great family attraction. I recommend stopping by while in Oudtshoorn.
Loved my visit to this wildlife ranch. 180 Rand was good value. The places is clean and tidy with nice walk ways. The most important thing was the great array of varied animals and reptiles who all looked well looked after and happy and healthy. The staff were very helpful and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended. Well done to the Ranch for their good work.
Absolutely worth a visit. The way the staff interact and look after all the animals is amazing. They are all so knowledge and care deeply about what they do I recommend doing the VIP package to get behind the scenes and be a VIP for the day A highlight would be feeding the hippos! But cannot heat walking with an emperor cheetah Put it on your list off places to go if you are travelling to South Africa
